Training for Child Care Professionals
Childcare Resources' training is led by individuals who have experience in the child care field as teachers and administrators. They understand your challenges and responsibilities. Sessions are interactive, informative and FUN. Training is available week-days, evenings, and Saturdays either at our offices or at local venues in the area including child care programs.
Childcare Resources is proud to be the recipient of IACET's 2004 Exemplar Award.
Training sessions are:
- Evaluated for Continuing Education Unit (CEU) approval
- Available for CEU credit if they meet the rigorous review process in accordance with IACET guidelines
- Related to one of the Department of Human Resources (DHR) Categories of Study, Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential categories and Alabama Pathways Core Knowledge Areas (CKA)
- Eligible for participants to receive a certificate for each session that documents attendance, session title, content area, contact hours and CEU’s (if applicable)

Stories of Change
Childcare Resources is gathering stories from child care professionals about the impact we have had on their careers. We would like to hear your story and possibly feature it in an upcoming edition of The Resource, on our website, on social media or in a grant application. Visit the Stories of Change page to learn more and find out how to share your story with us.
